- It was during the first lockdown, and with his 7-year-old daughter Margot (she had to be kept busy!) that Christophe, founder of Õwaï, created the first fully washable dry hot water bottle!
- Following this, he filed and obtained a Patent of Invention, with the addition of an invitation to participate in the “I'NOV PRO 2021 Innovation Fair” competition in Bordeaux.

- Why dry? Because you don't need to add water to heat it. It's therefore more ecological, more economical, but above all safer for you and for the Planet (hot water bottles are produced from rubber material, and that's not very good for the Planet...)
- Without a cover or zipper, Owaï has invented an attachment system, all in fabric, which allows both:
- access to the hot water bottle filling
- opening and closing the hot water bottle
As a result, it is then possible to empty the hot water bottle, refill it as you wish, adjust its density, replace its contents, but also and above all to put it in the washing machine - and therefore wash the hot water bottle!
As you will have understood, our washable dry hot water bottle is even more ecological than a classic hot water bottle, but it is also infinitely reusable! No need to throw it away or renew it.
